Mëdiche Rooms General Ricardos.
We're located at Calle General Ricardos, 117, Madrid. Once you walk through the entrance, all the rooms are on the first floor. You can find us on Google Maps as Medichë Rooms General Ricardos.

Medichë Rooms Pedro Díez.
We're located at Avenida Pedro Díez, 39, Madrid. You'll easily spot us by our black corner facade. You can find us on Google Maps by searching for "Medichë Rooms Pedro Díez."

The nearest stations are Urgel (2-minute walk) and Oporto (5-minute walk), both on Line 5.

Pedro Díez
The nearest station is Oporto, located about a 5-minute walk away. There are also several bus lines in the surrounding area.

🅿️ Parking

No, we do not have private parking.

You'll find free parking spots on the nearby streets. In addition, the closest public parking lot is located at 136 General Ricardos Street.

The nearest public parking lot is located at 4 Cuclillo Street, Carabanchel.

🔑 Check-in and Access

Check-in is entirely online and contactless. Once you've completed it, you'll receive an email with access instructions and your personal code to enter both the building and your room.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early and your room isn't ready yet, we have lockers where you can store your luggage.

We recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Yes. Your access code is valid for both the main door and your room throughout your stay.

Yes. Thanks to our digital access system, you can access your accommodations at any time once you've completed online check-in and received your access code. Switch contents

🚪 Check-out

The check-out deadline is 11:00 a.m.

No. Just make sure to check out of your room by 11:00 a.m.

📶 Wi-Fi

Yes. All rooms have free Wi-Fi. You'll find the access instructions on the information panel in your room. All you have to do is scan the QR code and accept the terms and conditions.

🌡️ Climate Control

The control panel is located on the wall in the room. You'll also find the instructions for use inside the room.

🛏️ Cleaning and changing linens

Housekeeping and towel replacement are provided daily. To request this service, please leave your used towels in the basket and hang the corresponding sign on the door.

Since these are vacation rentals, a full cleaning and towel change are provided every 4 days of your stay. If you need an additional change, please contact us and we’ll check availability.

📞 Reservations and Cancellations

Yes. In most cases, it is possible to make changes to your reservation, subject to availability and the terms of the rate you selected.

Yes. If you booked a flexible rate, you can cancel it at no cost within the timeframe specified in your booking terms. Non-refundable rates or rates with special conditions may not allow cancellations or may be subject to fees.
